Shaun Rotman

Shaun practices commercial and real estate litigation. Shaun joined KSA after practicing civil litigation with a boutique firm in the Greater Toronto Area for several years. Shaun worked in information technology before being called to the Ontario Bar, where he applied skills that he developed while attending York University’s IT program. Those skills form an essential component of Shaun’s litigation expertise, particularly given today’s virtual court hearings and electronic / paperless practice of law.

Shaun is known to be charmingly tenacious, whether negotiating or appearing in court. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. His downtime is spent hiking, camping, and photographing.
