David Fogel

David has an extensive commercial litigation practice. He acts for both private clients and insurance companies in a broad array of areas. He has appeared as counsel on numerous motions, trials and appeals at all levels of court in Ontario and various administrative tribunals.  He has acted as counsel in many reported decisions. David also has experience in class actions in Ontario and in the Northwest Territories.

When not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering for his community and several charities.
