Gail A. Mahadeo

Gail practices commercial litigation with a focus on representing liability insurers including real estate agents, real estate brokers, home inspectors and insurance brokers. She has advocated before all levels of court and several administrative tribunals in Ontario. Gail has written insurance-related articles and speaks at educational seminars on substantive insurance issues as well as litigation strategies and procedures. She formerly held Counsel positions with two international insurance companies and with the Government of Ontario.

Gail is an accomplished singer, pianist and songwriter. She performed the national anthem at several Calls to the Ontario Bar, including her own at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. She and her husband are involved with several non-profit groups.
