Jeffrey S. Klein

Jeffrey is one of the founders of Klein & Schonblum Associates.  He practices in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on professional liability litigation. He has represented liability insurers for real estate agents and brokers, lawyers, insurance brokers, customs brokers and freight forwarders as well as parties in personal injury matters.

Jeffrey has appeared at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court, in addition to all levels of court in Ontario.  He has acted as counsel in many reported decisions.
