Aaron Hershtal

Aaron’s broad commercial litigation practice covers partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, contract disputes, and employment matters. Aaron acts as both advocate and advisor to publicly and privately held corporations as well as individuals, bringing a strategic and efficient approach to achieving results for his clients.

Aaron also acts for insurers in defending professional negligence matters. Aaron has appeared as counsel in trials and arbitrations before all levels of court in Ontario. He is recognized by LawPRO as a preferred defence counsel.
